Does anyone know how to fix this error? Never saw it before. And now I can’t even open Anki on my old laptop. Just my school laptop

Are there other solutions for now? Like how to find the card. IT needs to get into the computer to allow for updates (school computer) and I don’t want to lose the new cards i Made etc. I downloaded the deck and saved it on one drive. But not sure if downloading the fualty cards are still causing the error
