Sync issues now can't login

Hi, first had sync issues which I’ve read occured for a lot of users. I logged out of the account and can’t login anymore. The error message says:

“Unable to authenticate.
Check your network connection and try again.
This error is most commonly due to a lack of network connectivity, such as a device that is in airplane mode. If you are able to access the internet using other applications or via a web browser, please contact support.”

This version number is the current version number of AnkiApp, which is not part of the Anki ecosystem.
