Hello, quite recently I’ve started to get the following error for some reason: 
The only thing I changed was installing a few addons: 
(removing them didn’t help)
The error literally occurred overnight. I tried updating to the latest beta to no avail.
I don’t use any VPN or proxy (or at least not when I’m syncing). Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for the quick reply, abdo! I already looked at that thread and thought the solution was,ehm, too particular… I’ll keep it in mind though for a future reference.
Funny enough, by connecting via a proxy of my university, I was able to get anki sync working on the desktop (so pretty much the exact opposite of what solutions of other people would suggest).
