Suggestion: display a warning pop-up if the user changed anything in deck options, but didn't click "Save" when closing the deck options window

I think the title says it all. And no, I couldn’t think of a way to make it shorter

@dae it’s hard to measure how many people have accidentally discarded their new parameters by not clicking “Save”. I can’t ask that in a survey, since people wouldn’t know. But I think it’s worth implementing. It’s a small change that could potentially save users from lots of headache
EDIT: I now realize that instead of limiting it only to the change in parameters, or even to FSRS-related settings, it’s best to display a warning if there are any unsaved changes in deck options.

Are you sure you don’t want to save the changes?

or

You have unsaved changes. Are you sure you don’t want to save them?

Or something like that.

Arthur is already doing a PR for that lol. Go check it out in Github, it’s still not merged. You might have something to say about the message shown.

I can’t find that PR
