this is a reposting as the original post got automatically closed three days ago, what is strange, as there hadn’t been an update to the iOS app for a long time, but there are several bugs or at least annoying issues like this one in the original post:

Hi, on iOS there often is a somewhat strange behavior. You have an entry in a field without any html (You can check that before using the html view). Then you edit something in that field in the editor (normal view). I haven’t found out yet, what it has to be. It doesn’t happen always, but more and more often. Very annoying, if you are used to interact with your cards when learning an iOS. Editing can become really hard this way.

By the way: How to handle those posts, that get closed automatically, although theres no update or solution for?

This issue is on my todo list, and won’t get lost even if the thread automatically closes. 2.1.55 is hopefully not far off, and then I’ll have a chance to focus on AnkiMobile for a while.
