That sounds like an error that is coming from an add-on. Try #2 to identify which one. Troubleshooting - Anki Manual

The extension you are using requires an active subscription, we can’t do much here other than disable the extension or get a subscription
There might be a free set of settings you can use, but currently you are using paid ones
