I keep running into this problem unless I reset my Anki app. I have another tried other version, 24.04.1, as well. Both populate this message intermittently. Is there a work around to this? Below is an image demonstrating the issue.
Anki uses a program called mpv (and mplayer as a fallback) in order to support sounds and videos. Media - Anki Manual
mpv is included with Anki on Windows/macOS so this shouldn’t be an issue.

I tried this and it still doesnt work, is there a specific version I shoul be loading?
If audio works for a while and then stops working until a restart, it sounds like mpv may be hanging. If you haven’t already, please try the Qt6 build.
