Some filtered deck options sugesstions and minor bugs

This is mostly about AnkiDroid, but some of these suggestions can be applied to Anki Desktop too.

  1. Use the “Outlined exposed dropdown menu”. It looks the same as it was in the initial rework PR, but without the undesired side effect of being editable.
  2. Either add the ripple effect to the toggle rows or make it so that tapping the text doesn’t switch the toggle. [This is inconsistent between the webview based deck options and the app’s settings.]
  3. When the input in one of the text fields is invalid a red warning is shown. When this warning goes away, a big gap remains.
  4. If you make an edit to one of the text field then swipe to close the keyboard, the discard dialog appears instead.
  5. When previewing the filter or the excluded cards, the browser opens in the “current deck mode”. The actual results may require tapping the “Search all decks” in the snackbar.
  6. Remove the “Create/update this deck even if empty”. Instead, if the search returns nothing, display the current “Error” dialog with the option to “Create anyway” or cancel. Maybe also call it something less scary than “Error”.
  7. Remove “Options” and change the style of “Reschedule cards…” to match “Enable second filter”.
  8. Replace the “x” in the corner with a left arrow to be consistent with the other screens.
