Seeing the message “card was modified” after waking up from sleep

This has probably been reported, but I can’t find any similar topics. When waking up the computer from sleep on the next day, if Anki is still in review mode, it will show the following somewhat cryptic dialog:

Doesn’t seem to be harmful in anyway.

I noticed this appears at the rollover hour (Yes, I review my cards at the last minute…)
