Search from the "Browse" UI: Search Exact value

Is it possible to perform a search (of a card) by an exact match of a value.

Example: search for all cards where the string I want to find is “abc”. I have tried it by surrounding the string with double quotes but that did not work.

To search for the exact match of a string, you have to prepend w:.
For example: w:abc.
