(RLT UI Bug) Uyghur language GUI direction

Uyghur language UI added to anki in 24.06.3 (d678e393) version. The Uyghur language uses Arabic letters and written from right to left, similar to Arabic and Hebrew. Could you fix UI and Menu direction to RTL?
