Why there is no by Date added/created in the Review sort order list (see the image below)?

Because that would encourage users to make cards that can only be answered if they appear in a particular order, which is not recommended. If you must do it, you can do so with a filtered deck with rescheduling disabled.
How about adding an option with a (NOT recommended) label next to it, and showing a warning dialog if the user chooses it, explaining why it is not a good idea?
