I just received an email informing me I have one month to login to Anki and use a deck. When I logged in all my decks were gone. Is it possible to retrieve them?
If the email address you used to post here is the same as the AnkiWeb account you’re asking about. Your data was removed in Nov 2024. It looks like you reactivated the account 5 months ago. It’s been inactive since then (which triggered the notification today), but nothing else has been removed.

- Have you added anything to your account since the data was removed in Nov 2024?
Try to restore from local backups of the database.
