There are add-ons that purport to do that, but I recommend against using any of them. If you have a backlog of overdue cards, the last thing you should be trying to do is punish the rest of your cards by making them overdue as well.
My preferred method is to use a catch-up deck that lets me push forward with the main deck while catching up on the backlog as a side-project – Adressing Backlog - #2 by Danika_Dakika .
