From a quick search, Transifex appears to be a different platform. Anki uses Pontoon for its translations. See the documentation here:

If you’re interested in helping –
- Sorry, but you don’t get to choose which platform you do the work on. Our translation system is linked to the code/build system, so that’s the only option.
- Please send your request in through the private ticket system (as described at the link). It’s important so we have all the relevant information (like licensing, email address, etc.) preserved in one place.
