Repeating Cards

Hello All:

Over the last month, I have run into an annoying problem when I click on the Show Answer button, and I get the answer for a previously reviewed card. However, if I click on the Edit button, the correct card is displayed. This happens maybe once every 10 cards.

I ran Check Media and Check Database, but that didn’t fix the problem.

Any suggestions, please?

I am running Anki 2.1.49 on Windows 10.
