What do the others think? Would this make it clear that the text is clickable?

to be the clickable part. And honestly, this would be clutter. It’s not a totally bad idea but I care about the aesthetics (? reminds me of those very old web pages).
IMO underlines add a lot of visual noise and are aesthetically unappealing. I don’t what a better alternative would be, though. Maybe a superscript ? as mentioned above
I was also thinking of maybe adding a link icon. Though having that on every string feels like overload. For reference, here are a few “link” icons, that are apparently being used:
I don’t think we should be changing the appearance of the titles. The titles being clickable is just a shortcut to the relevant part of the help docs, and if users aren’t aware of the hotlinks, they can still locate help via the ? button.
So you’re against this 4th ToDo and I should close it?
If users are also overlooking the ? icon, I think we’re better off making tweaks to that instead.
