I have tried connecting and disconnecting many times, i restarted my computer and deleted then reinstalled anki yet it is still not working, idk what to do. The syncing sign is red which is kinda the first time it happens. This directly happened after updating anki, i would really like some help please.

The red colour indicates the next sync needs to be a one-way sync.
Nope, this was a bug. Please install beta 2 and it should resolve the issue for now.
