My computer crashed and the problem is that, I didnt syncronized my decks or exported them. If i can recover my data to a external harddisk, can i transfer them to a new computer and get Accra to them? will my anki decks appear?
Transfering Anki’s data folder to the other computer should work.
Please see Anki Manual for the location of the folder depending on your OS.
