Question about multiple cards in notes

Hi i would like some advise please i would like to create cards like this in one note
for example

in one note i would like these cards to review back in this order

i - TL translation
will - TL translation
walk - TL translation
my - TL translation
dog - TL translation
i will walk my dog - TL translation
TL translation - i
TL translation - will
TL translation - walk
TL translation - my
TL translation - dog
TL translation - I will walk my dog

how would i go about doing this please?

or even better how would i write this in a notepad for me to just update the notepad and just having to import it.
