And I ask which English dictionary anki supported like sharing favourite words without do it manually like I sharing my Chinese vocab from hanping dictionary ?

Try backup your collection (sync or export), delete AnkiDroid data in Android settings and recover the backup. Make sure AnkiDroid is up to date.
