[possible bug] quick save of the card after editing

When I am editing card and quickly save the new state of card (by pressing ctrl + enter - not sure if it is by default or I have set it by addon Customize Keyboard Shorcuts)
The new state of the card is not saved.

I have to wait few seconds and then save it by pressing ctrl + enter
