PLEASE HELP EXAM NEXT WEEK. Anki app wont open

I have just bought a new laptop (running Windows 11) and have tried downloading the Anki desktop app as Anki Universal won’t sync with Ankiweb, only OneDrive. All my flashcards are saved on AnkiWeb. I downloaded:

  • Download Anki for Windows 10/11 (2.1.55 Qt6)
  • Download Anki for Windows 10/11 (2.1.55 Qt5)
  • Download Anki for Windows 10/11 (2.1.54 Qt6)
  • Download Anki for Windows 10/11 (2.1.54 Qt5)

All of them downloaded and showed up on my Desktop screen but: The app wouldn’t open.

Could you please tell me how to download AND OPEN Anki for desktop that connects with AnkiWeb.

Or tell me how to connect AnkiWeb to Onedrive so I can use Anki Universal

Anki Universal has nothing to do with Anki and Anki‘s sync service AnkiWeb.

You need to run the installer. Have you done that?

Double click on the downloaded file :slight_smile:

You appear to have synced today - did you resolve your issue?
