Persistent Error Message when syncing web and desktop

After finishing my study session, upon closing the application the desktop Anki prompts me to sync my desktop version with the web version because they are very different. After doing that, when I reopen the application and try to continue studying a deck this error message pops up. It pops up every time I attempt to study the deck. Please advise.
