Pasting Images Onto Cards Doesn't Work, Even After All Attempted Solutions

I did a quick Google search of my error, attempted to follow all proposed solutions (e.g. disabled addons, then tried deleting all of them, restarted and reinstalled Anki, checked the database), but I still keep getting the same error:

You could update to a more recent version of Anki and see if the error persists.
