I have an old email that I logged in on my desktop years ago.
I have an updated profile with a new email on anki web.
I understand the whole thing on not having multiple profiles.
Issue is, even when uninstalling anki on desktop, it does not give the option to login with an email, but rather a blank “add a username for a deck” option, with no ability to login.
It’s not a problem to have multiple profiles. Go to the profile manager (File > Switch Profile) and add your new one. Open it and click Sync. You will be asked for your AnkiWeb credentials.
