US active devices increased by 35,259 (313,723 to 348,982) in a day. The 2.19.4 rollout likely had an effect, but not seeing it with other countries
I haven’t gone that far into Play stats, can’t directly attribute it to TikTok

I doubt there is a lot of overlap in the group of Tiktok users hardcore enough to switch to RedNote and the group of language learners hardcore enough to use Anki.
