Obtaining drop down box of listing of decks

I used to be able to get a drop box that listed my decks and I could access decks from there to be able to change cards to different deck, to add with specific font and bold faces, remove cards, etc. I can now only get to the Anki page that has my decks with only ability to review or add (but no way to add bold or use different font style). Help!

Based on your description, I think you must be talking about the Browse window. Did it look like this?

You can open that by clicking “Browse” at the top of the main window.
