Hi, no I don’t have any VPN software installed. Not sure what the issue is :frowning:

Have you checked the rest of the usual suspects for things that can block a connection – antivirus, firewall, proxy?

Please run cmd.exe, then type/paste the following in and press enter: netsh winsock show catalog What does it show?

I guess this is a network connection problem. For example, accessing GitHub or Amazon’s S3 in mainland China often encounters obstacles. The previous versions were complete installation packages.
