Does anyone know if any add ons interfere with the undo button and not being able to Ctrl+Z to go back to previous card? Cannot figure out what is causing this. I posted Anki version below. PC.

“Customize Keyboard Shortcuts” and “Hint Hotkeys” are the first add-ons I’d check. I don’t know the latter but it also sounds like it could overwrite shortcuts.
Were you using the add-on folder from https://www.ankipalace.com/best-add-ons?

Although it doesn’t show the previous card, but the Undo action is actually successful.
It’s a good feature in fact, because it’s good to add some randomness and insert some delay time for the review retry.
It would be better to be an optional feature, and to have a button for it.
Wow, I feel dumb. It is in fact just Z and not Ctrl+Z.
