New German Anki Deck (500 Cards, A1-A2 Level) – Free, Clean, and Built with Love

Hey all,

I’ve just released a free German Anki deck I’ve been working on – 500 beginner-friendly cards built around real-life vocab and short example sentences. It’s called ÜBERDeck Lite, and it’s designed to be:

  • Clear, consistent, and not bloated
  • Packed with bite-sized grammar notes
  • Optimized for spoken German (A1–A2 range)
  • Clean, natural-sounding audio

This isn’t a random export – I put a lot of time into the design, content and structure over the past six months. If you’re just getting started or want to brush up your basics, I think you’ll find it useful.

There is a full 1,500-card version available too (with more grammar coverage and vocab depth), but this 500-card version stands on its own. I’m genuinely keen to hear what fellow Anki users think of it, with the aim of improving it further, so any feedback is welcome.

Happy studying!
