Hey,
I´m wondering why Anki is showing me only new cards from a certain deck? These two decks are both similar subordinated under another deck. This is why my statistics in these decks are completely different. How can I change that Anki is showing me these new cards in a similar way.

This has to do with your New card gather order option. See Deck Options - Anki Manual.
If you want a random mix of cards from both subdecks, you can choose either random notes or random cards.
Both of those options are likely to have undesirable results if your notes make multiple cards and you want them to be introduced anywhere close in time to each other.
You’ll be better off using a “this deck” daily limit. Set each of them to half of the number of New cards you want to have introduced each day.
