My styling visible in the editor but hidden on the study screen

Hi everyone. I’m try to style my back text, but dont understand how.
I dont want to change the style of all cards, and even dont the all text, just want to bolt, highlight or underline, reduce or enlarge the text size a little to distinguish between important parts of the answer and emphasize the important points.
Or just
move to a
new line.
In the cards editor, I use the stylins bar, and it looks great! but when I close the editor and study the cards on the main screen, the design does not look like in the editor, but all the words of the back-text together, without differences in emphasis, size, color, and even without line differences…

I saw in the guide how to define a special style for all cards or for a specific field in all cards. But I did not see anywhere a reference to how can I to highlight a specific words, or open a new line, in text that is all part of one field, in one card at a time.

I dont english nativ, and i tryed to understand, read the manual, watch the videos and serch on the forums, for more than 4 hours to day, so I desperd and wish for your help!!

I suspect you are using a note type with a type-answer field – which strips out all formatting. Although it looks like that note type is not set up correctly, since you don’t also have a type-box on the front of the card.

• Have you looked at your card templates?
• What note type are you using?
• Do any other notes use this note type?

After I read your answer (you are right’ this is with type opption in this kind of cards. there have no problem wuth the type function, this is just not clear in the photo).
So I tryd to add another filed that I nammed ‘BackText2’, only the main answer, the first line, is still in the original filed (to keep the type featuar), and all the other elborates and examples in the new one, and now the styling are visible apropriatly…
