My cloze deletions aren't showing, only the c1 card

I have made cloze deletion cards with multiple deletions before (e.g. using c1::, c2::, c3:: etc.) to make multiple cards from one, and they have worked. but i have recently made a deck that has cards with multiple cloze deletions, and only the c::1 card is showing up. when i make another deck with the same presets, it works and shows all of the cards. when i search for the card it shows that I have 6 cards but it just won’t come up when reviewing the deck. is there a setting I need to change to fix this?

I have also tried copying the card content into a different deck, and it works fine, just not for this deck.

Have you checked the burying settings for the preset(s)? See Deck Options - Anki Manual.

• You should switch the Browse window to “Cards” mode, so we can see what’s going on with the individual cards – Browsing - Anki Manual . For instance, are they suspended? Are they buried? What are their New-queue numbers?
• What are the New card gather/sort options for the deck you are clicking to study – “year 2,” probably?
• What are the burying options for the subdeck these cards are in – “case 1 - intro …”?
• Is this happening only with the “cloze process” note type, or also with the “Cloze” note type?
