My audio it is not working

First of all I had problems with my Ankidroid. The audios weren’t working. Now on my desktop is not working either. When I open the program I have the following message:

Error
An error occurred. Please start Anki while holding down the shift key, which will temporarily disable the add-ons you have installed.
If the issue only occurs when add-ons are enabled, please use the Tools > Add-ons menu item to disable some add-ons and restart Anki, repeating until you discover the add-on that is causing the problem.
When you’ve discovered the add-on that is causing the problem, please report the issue on the add-on support site.

Please ensure your Windows is fully up to date, and you have some TTS voices installed. You could also try changing to a different TTS voice if problems persist.

Thank you for your feedback. My system is updated. I don’t know what is the TTS voice. Would you please explain a little bit about it? I highly appreciate it.

If How to download Text-to-Speech languages for Windows 10 does not help, maybe you’ll have more luck using the AwesomeTTS add-on.
