Error message - TTS stopped working

Hi all, I tried all the recommended tips for “When Problems Occur.” I’m using the latest version of Anki, and I get this error message whenever I try to use the TTS features.

I think the only thing that changed is that I did a Windows Update in place, because I was having some issues after I changed my username in Windows. Everything else is fine for Windows, just Anki won’t work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Anki software too.

Any advice?

Does restarting your computer help at all? If not, what about choosing a difference voice?

Ahh, I see what happened. The language pack I was using was uninstalled. So I just had to reinstall it. Thank you very much for your help!
