Moving bullet points; "under bullet points"

Hey,
I use the bullet point feature pretty often and know that you are able to make “underpoints” as you are able to in for example word (being able to move it to the right):

    • example

like this.
I can’t find how I am able to do this on YouTube, google and the Anki websites. Maybe it’s really easy and I’m just not able to find it but it would be very nice if somebody could explain!
