Thank you, this is exactly what I mean!

The practical issue is that I’d like to be able to move the mouse “blindly” to the edge of my screen, hold the left button and pull down. This should grab the scroll bar and move it down.

Currently, you need to move the mouse a bit left of the right screen edge and make sure to hit the exact location of the scroll bar.
