I created a total of 23 cards (18 cards on the 1st sub-deck and 5 cards on the 2nd sub-deck) but on the Primary deck, it says I only have 20 cards instead of 23. I haven’t started studying any cards yet and it only shows 20 instead of 23 on the primary deck. Any possible reason for this?
that would be because the daily new card limit is set to 20, indeed is the default. You can change the cap in the deck group settings (
