Mac downloading issue

I downloaded anki and it showed this. What is going on?

That’s just the launcher. You’ll have to press Enter to download the actual anki.

Or are you saying an error occurs if you press Enter?

The launcher needs to download a number of things. But this is a one-time download and update will be much faster after this.
