I understand that the changes are going to be low, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask. I lost all of my cards after 6+ months of inactivity. Is there still a backup version of my account on the web somewhere to restore?
I’m looking at the AnkiWeb account connected to the email address you used to post here. Is that the right one? It looks like the data in this account was deleted in December 2025, but you’ve been using your account again since April, syncing with both desktop Anki and AnkiMobile in the past few weeks – and it currently has a collection in it.
Your own devices are always the best place to recover your collection from. Are you missing something from that deleted AnkiWeb collection that was never on those devices?
