As the title says, using the long touch gesture during a review session doesn’t trigger the action I’ve selected for it as it gets “hijacked” by the system and starts selecting text on the screen instead.
Is there any workaround or way to fix this?

Long touch don’t work exactly because of that. AFAICT, actually it never worked. There isn’t a reliable way to differentiate between selecting stuff in the page and long touching.
So the option should be removed in one of the next versions.
