Keyboard shortcut for audio?

I have custom cards with audio, is there any way to play them with the keyboard without having to click with the mouse on the button ?

Audio related commands, and their shortcuts, are shown in the “More” menu on the study screen.

You can also check auto-play in your Deck Options. Deck Options - Anki Manual
