Issues with mp4 videos

Hi, I have a deck with cards having mp4 videos.
And there are two things I hope it can be solved :smile:

  1. “Replay audio” will not replay the video. (It works on the Mac version though)
  2. After several cards reviewed, the videos can not be played anymore, and an icon like below shows. (I need to relaunch the app to recover it)
