Is there a way to change the scrollbar style of Anki desktop?

Hello,

Is there a way to change the scrollbar style and color on anki desktop ? (windows) because my cards contain sometimes useful informations and I pass rapidly and don’t scroll, I want to make the scroll bar more obvious as a visual cue to stop and read.
even if the solution requires some advanced tweaking.
