Is *.colpkg a sqlite3 file? Can't open it in DB Browser

I followed the instruction below

And I use this tool https://sqlitebrowser.org/

After export my collection to a *.colpkg file, I rename it to *.sqlite3. But DB Browser could not open the file. Is Anki .colpkg a sqlite3 file? thanks!

It’s a zip file actually. After extracting it with any zip extractor you should get a collection.anki21 file, which is a sqlite3 file you can open in SQLite browser.
