I just got the iPhone app and synced it with my account on the app on my laptop and only one profile shoes. I have around 10 other profiles. How do I fix this. Thanks.

You should not divide your collection into multiple profiles if you’re planning to sync it all.
Anki is designed so that each profile syncs with a single AnkiWeb account – this way, each user can have their own account and use it on whichever devices they want.
If you have created multiple profiles for yourself, the best option is to merge them into a single profile.
