IO cards added by ipad not shows up on desktop

Hello,

The IO cards added by ipad ankimobile doesnt show up on my anki desktop during study.

Actually the picture(image) is there.
If I try to edit the card the image shows up but If I preview or study that card the image doesnt show up.(only black screen).

All medias is synched fully and repeatedly.

please, recommend me something else than updating.

Anki destkop Version ⁨23.10

As there have been various fixes to image occlusion since it was introduced in 23.10, using a newer version still could be helpful.
