When starting school, I inherited a legacy flashdrive with a slew of resources, including Anking. I have just learned that Anking is a subscription now and updates cards. I want to join the subscription, but I don’t want to lose progress on the cards I’ve completed nor all the notes I’ve added to cards. Is there a way to download without overriding my completed/modified cards? I’ve thought of creating a second profile and downloading the full set of cards to that account, then not unsuspending the tags I’ve already completed. Has anyone encountered a similar situation before?
This is pretty common and I think you’ll find the answer easily by searching the AnkiHub support community – https://community.ankihub.net/ . They have the most expertise on how their add-on/subscription works, and if you don’t find an applicable thread, you can post there.
