Running the Installer with Anki open gives an error when overwriting the exe. The installer should prompt the user to close the app beforehand

It’s supposed to warn the user if Anki is open, but there is a common case where mpv.exe rather than anki.exe is open and that’s not handled by the installer. It would be great if the installer went back to how it was before, without the terminal, just with a “next” button during installation until completion, because the terminal makes it very difficult to recommend Anki to novice users or those whose language is not English. In addition, it would also be good if it were possible to install on USB drives as before, or in other folders to test add-ons.
It is still possible to install Anki onto and run it from a USB drive. That capability hasn’t changed.
